服务价值:该医疗机器人塑料壳体对于曲面造型的连续性和光顺度要求极高,在当今市场上同类产品中罕见。对此,本人在设计中创新性的采用非参数化三维建模和参数化三维建模相结合的方式,开发出既能满足G2/G3连续性又符合DFMA生产要求的高质量曲面数据,创造出同类产品中曲面质量和可加工性双优的产品。完成了2台工程样机与1台开发样机的生产加工与装配测试,正在筹备面向批量化生产的生产样机制作工作,2026年批量生产加工20台。
Service value:The plastic casing of this medical robot demands exceptionally high continuity and smoothness in curved surface modeling, which is rare among comparable products on the market today. To address this, I innovatively combined non-parametric 3D modeling with parametric 3D modeling in the design process. This approach enabled the development of high-quality surface data that not only meets G2/G3 continuity requirements but also complies with DFMA production standards. As a result, the product achieves superior surface quality and manufacturability compared to its peers.
